Shana Penna, Founder & CEO

Shana focuses her entrepreneurial spirit creating technology that makes an impact. Her passion was stimulated by developments in global health technology trends using artificial intelligence and blockchain. She dedicated her career to finding the intersection between technology and transformational outcomes. Prior to founding Inmogeia Technologies, Shana was the cofounder of an assistive technology company, Puffin Innovations, which used AI and internet of things connectivity to empower those with severe disabilities. She received an MBA from the prestigious MIT Sloan dual degree program at Tsinghua University in Beijing China.


David Diaz

David Diaz is a 2019 graduate from Salem State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Studies and a Minor in Human Biology. David has extensive patient care experience and currently works as a Nurse Assistant in the Intensive Care Unit at Beverly Hospital. He was born in the Dominican Republic, moving to Salem, MA at eleven years old. David’s long-term career goal is to complete medical school, allowing him to become a Critical Care Anesthesiologist.



Caleb Noel Ho

Caleb is an experienced clinical and forensic psychologist, who is both a passionate advocate and educator. As a recognized Expert Witness in Massachusetts, Caleb spent the last several years in the public health/public sector, successfully navigating the complex relationships between healthcare and justice systems. He has consulted with various branches of government and related agencies regarding the complex issues in this arena. Moreover, he successfully created and streamlined some of Massachusetts’ services to its most vulnerable populations, by developing policies and procedures that increased treatment success while mitigating the risks to all parties.


Philip Mertens

Based in Beijing and across Europe, Philip works in cross-border Venture Capital. A German native, he sources health technology startups globally, focussing on opportunities with significant strategic potential in Asia. A mechanical engineer trained at RWTH Aachen University in Germany, Philip has started companies in e-commerce, professional services and education on three different continents. With exchanges to Stanford and Boston, Philip received an MBA from the MIT Sloan affiliate program at Tsinghua University in Beijing China in 2016.
